The Grand Monarch Apartments are a multi-family residential development located in the City of Montgomery, Texas. This project consists of twelve garden style apartment buildings and 72 total living units. Each building is three stories in height, and has a combination of four two-bedroom apartment units and two one-bedroom apartment units. Moment Architects collaborated with Elite Structural Engineers and LSquared Engineering for structural and civil engineering, respectively.
