The McKinley at Conroe is an upcoming residential development to be located along I-45 South in the City of Conroe, Texas. This project consists of 242 total dwelling units across 121 duplexes, and the community will feature a leasing office and welcome center, a community swimming pool with restrooms and a cabana, pickle-ball courts, and a playground area. Each duplex is two stories in height, and features spacious three-bedroom two and a half bathroom units. Moment Architects collaborated with Dudley and LSquared Engineering for structural and civil engineering, respectively.
