The Dorothea Lane Remodel is a series of proposed exterior improvements that can enhance the curb appeal of an existing home. The current façade is solid brick, with a combination of arched windows and color schemes that make the home… shall we say… unappealing. The homeowners asked for two remodel options, a “base” option that would require a minimal amount of time and money to complete, and a “deluxe” option that would include all the bells and whistles. When designing the options, we decided to offer a third alternative, which we call the “super deluxe”, which transforms the whole architectural style of the home.
