Grand Monarch Apartments

The Grand Monarch Apartments are a multi-family residential development located in the City of Montgomery, Texas. This project consists of twelve garden style apartment buildings and 72 total living units. Each building is three stories in height, and has a combination of four two-bedroom apartment units and two one-bedroom apartment units. Moment Architects collaborated with Elite Structural Engineers and LSquared Engineering for structural and civil engineering, respectively. Moment Architects is a full-service commercial and residential architecture firm serving Spring, the Woodlands, Montgomery, Magnolia, and the greater Houston area.

Esperanza Apartments

The Esperanza Apartments are located on the corner of Fry Road and Keith Harrow Blvd in Houston, Texas. The project consists of twenty-five garden-style apartments, a leasing office, outdoor green space, and two splash pad areas.

Argo Road Fourplexes

The Argo Fourplexes are a development in Conroe, TX consisting of fifteen fourplexes and a leasing office. Each fourplex is a two story building with four dwelling units where the first floor units are handicapped accessible. The development also features a green space where residents can gather for outdoor activities, a swimming pool, and a trail around a detention pond allowing for an active and healthy life style.
