Rosedown Circle Remodel
The interior transformation of the Rosedown Circle project was guided by a commitment to timeless design, thoughtful functionality, and a personalized living experience.
One of the key architectural changes involved raising the previously sunken living room and aligning the main living, kitchen, and outdoor areas into one continuous, open space. The kitchen transitioned from dark and inefficient to fresh and elegant, featuring light tones, a waterfall marble island, and antique gold fixtures. Along the rear façade, larger windows were introduced to flood the interiors with natural light and frame views of the lake, pool, and outdoor living areas.
The original curved staircase was reimagined with warm wood tones and vertical louvers, adding a modern touch that visually connects both floors.
Throughout the home, each space was tailored to the owners’ lifestyle. A former balcony was converted into a lake-facing craft room, while the second-floor game room now includes a dedicated biking station. Every bathroom received a modern refresh with sophisticated finishes, and the primary suite, particularly the bath, was completely redesigned with clean lines and a serene palette. Even the secondary entry from the garage was transformed into a functional mudroom with a view, blending utility with beauty.
This renovation embodies a thoughtful balance of form and function, timeless in style, deeply personal in its details, and true to the way its owners live every day.

Muleshoe Residence Interiors
The concept for the interiors of the home is to blend form and function, creating opportunities for interaction between spaces that enrich the homeowners’ everyday routines while providing a retreat-like atmosphere in the more private areas of the home.
We achieved this by establishing a natural flow that connects the common spaces, living, dining, and kitchen, while still giving each its own identity through distinct design elements, such as a vaulted ceiling in the living area and accent wood ceilings in the kitchen and dining.
The homeowners were drawn to fresh, modern aesthetics balanced with warmth and tranquility. To reflect that, we selected a neutral color palette and incorporated biophilic design elements, wood and green tones in the finishes, along with ample natural light throughout the home. The result is a serene, thoughtful interior that celebrates minimalist design and the seamless blend of beauty and function. Images by Haylie Smith.
Wade Hampton Remodel
A wooden archway marks the entry to this Hunters Creek Village bathroom and closet remodel, allowing light to flow into the bedroom or be closed off with pocket doors. The once-divided his-and-hers closets are now a seamless, expansive wardrobe space, featuring a generous hanging area, dedicated accessories storage, and a discreet laundry zone. We used elevated finishes and new layout to result in this space that is both luxurious and highly functional.
