The Pine Isle Residence is a speculative home designed to be built on a prominent lot within the Pine Island subdivision of Woodforest. The lot is situated at the focal point of the main entry boulevard into Pine Island, a corner lot with a rear alley. The two-story home is designed with a courtyard as the focal point, with views into the courtyard from the Kitchen, Dining Room, Great Room, Foyer, and second floor Gameroom. The modern farmhouse design uses a combination of reclaimed wood siding, stucco, and limestone as the exterior materials, and the limestone on the exterior accentuates the interior by serving as a repetitive feature wall the divides the first floor living spaces. The staircase features floating treads, the outdoor living space is spacious and inviting, and the Primary Suite opens onto a private garden to provide a spa-like atmosphere.
