While in school, she also completed an interior design internship at a high-end residential firm in Laguna Beach, California, gaining early hands-on experience in a dynamic, design-forward market. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Denver, Colorado to join a leading corporate interior architecture firm, where she spent over 10 years designing thoughtful, high-impact spaces. During her tenure, Randi earned her NCIDQ certification in 2018, and advanced from entry-level designer to Project Manager and BIM Manager.
After relocating to The Woodlands area with her husband, baby girl, and dog to be closer to family, Randi brings a collaborative, detail-driven approach to every project. She is passionate about creating residential and commercial environments that push boundaries, tell stories, and leave lasting impressions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling - especially to destinations that involve snowboarding.
