Before joining Moment Architects, Jade worked as an interior design intern while completing her degree at the University of Houston. Since then, she has gained experience in commercial interiors, with a focus on medical facilities, hospitality, and office spaces.
One of Jade’s favorite aspects of interior design is developing construction documents and ensuring that the right finishes and materials are thoughtfully specified throughout a project. She also enjoys the process of selecting finishes—the possibilities are endless, and there is something incredibly rewarding about bringing individual elements together to create a cohesive and beautiful space.
What Jade enjoys most about designing interiors is the opportunity to complement and amplify the beauty of the architecture. Thoughtful interior design can enhance the character of a space while creating an environment that feels intentional, functional, and inviting.
Personal
Born and raised in San Antonio, Jade moved to Houston in 2023 after transferring to the Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design, where she completed her bachelor’s degree.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys taking her boys for walks in the park, getting lost in fantasy romance books, and binge-watching her favorite TV shows. She also loves road-tripping back to San Antonio to spend time with her family.
Jade is excited to be joining Moment Architects and looks forward to bringing her creativity, passion, and enthusiasm to new projects and opportunities.
